i have recently changed to use Google sync and sync my Google contacts with address book. However i want to clear the address book and re-sync a clean sync with Google contacts as i have cleaned up the Google contacts so that's the master list a the moment.
How can i clear the Address Book and Address Book sync and then sync with Google contacts one way and from then after the clean sync i can 2 way sync again
