Tech Support for O S for Dell E510 with Windows XP

My tech support for this computer is with iyogi. While they are fairly satisfactory, I wish to know if any other tech support companies that are available? And, at what approximate cost?

Which Country? I see an Iyogi.co.uk so are you asking for paid Tech Services in the UK or US, or where?

Is this tech support required for a business workplace with multiple networked computers, or for your own home computer?

I ask because personally I have never paid for tech support. I can usually find the answers and help I need online and at forums, like these at CNET.
