Dell Inspiron Duo Freezes at grey "Windows 7 Home Premium" Screen...?

Hi - I am fairly untechnical so may be missing something really obvious, but have just bought a new Inspiron Dell Duo....



It worked fine initially, but I have gone to try and turn it on again and it just gets to the grey swirly screen with Windows 7 Home Premium at the bottom (nothing else at all on the screen - other than the cursor) and won't seem to do anything at all...?



Any help appreciated!

Can you take a picture?



So you get Dell's POST screen and it loads Windows and hangs?



Try running the Dell diagnostics
