Assassin's creed 1 lost saves

Hey guys, I was playing assassin's creed and up to the 4th memory block when I login and all of a sudden my game is erased. I have to start from memory block 1 and all other blocks are locked.



Has this happened to any of you? Any help would be appreciated.



Running Win 7 x64. Game is patched to the latest. I didn't do any deleting or changes on the drive.



Could I just get a save game with the first 3 blocks unlocked? Would that work? Thanks!
