a paid version. Not sure where you are getting the 5.95 price, the paid version is 24.95.
You get either here
http://malwarebytes.org/mbam.php Free version is on the left.
Just so you are aware, there is NO program that is going to find EVERYTHING. Norton might find something that MBAM does not find and vice versa. You were not spefic as to exactly what you are infected with so whether or not MBAM will take care of it or not, I don't know. Worth a try though.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware can be purchased. They also offer a free version. I don't know where you're seeing it advertised for $5.95, but the below is from their site. Click on "Download Free Version" or "Buy Full Version".

IF you should choose the full version, and IF you find you have a problem with it co-existing peacefully with Norton 360, please read this. It will show you (in detail) how to configure Norton 360. so the two won't conflict with each other.
Please keep in mind, if you're continuing to get infected, it has nothing to do with your software. It has all to do with you and what you're doing. Or what you're not doing.
If you have any further questions, please post back and ask.
