Shockwave Flash Player 10 Crashing Internet

I have uninstalled and reinstalleded a number of times. Keeps crashing internet. I have copied flash10a.ocx and renamed as flash.ocx. Hasn't helped.

Windows XP
IE 7

Any help is appreciated.

A week of the latest flash crashing any of the 3 browsers, even in safe mode, dozens of reloads, freezes, lockups, & searching the web, changing securities, even the msconfig programs 1 by 1, & hacking the registry,

I FOUND IT!
Along with my antivirus I also ran XP's [sp3] firewall, TURN it OFF & flash is fixed!
3rd party utilities seem to adapt just fine, but do test them!
